Sophia Cunningham is a teacher, mother, and artist who experienced the positive benefits of KGHypnobirthing firsthand. She has since trained as a KGHypnobirthing Teacher to share valuable knowledge with others as they experience birth in their own ways.
She previously earned her Masters Degree in the art of teaching multicultural special education and has spent the last decade working to support equitable education through trauma-informed care, individualized instruction, and social-emotional learning.
